Therapy

Therapy’s goal is change and self-realization. Ideally, it helps us resolve internal conflicts that distract from our ability to be present in our own lives, to make the best decisions for ourselves and others, and to act on them. Different people, issues, and goals require different approaches. Sometimes, this means making changes in our understanding of what we are experiencing and our reactions to it. Other times, it means learning new skills, and sometimes it means coming to terms with difficult realities so that we can move on in our lives and development as people. 


My practice is focused on helping you in a way that respects your needs and tries to give you the skills to better manage your life.
